GFI Realty Services was hired to sell 272 Himrod St., a three-story, six-unit multifamily property in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. The firm’s Zachary Fuchs and Sasha Berg will oversee marketing of the property, with pricing targeted at $2.75 million.
“The asset is situated in a prime area right within blocks of major commercial corridors and local amenities,” said Fuchs. “Bushwick continues to benefit from an influx of residents seeking a ‘neighborhood’ feel and easy access to Manhattan via mass transit.”
Berg added, “The asset is one of the more outstanding offerings in this submarket due its large layouts. Additionally, investors will also be attracted to this property because it is majority free-market.”
In recent years, Bushwick has seen an increase in commercial activity, including cafes, wine bars and art galleries, and the property provides convenient access to numerous retail and dining options on Myrtle and Wycoff avenues.
