Michael Weiser, President

As the President of GFI Realty Services, Michael Weiser manages the day to day of the Investment Sales, Debt & Equity Teams. Mr. Weiser began his career as a Commercial Mortgage Banker and subsequently played a major role in the acquisition and disposition of GFI Capital's national real estate investment portfolio as the firm's managing director of acquisitions and dispositions. In that capacity Mr. Weiser handled the acquisition and disposition of over 35,000 multifamily units across the country. In his various roles Mr. Weiser has handled tens of billions of dollars of successful transactions. As President of GFI Realty Mr. Weiser has taken his unique and broad experience and built teams with deep market knowledge and understanding of the capital stack. Whether it’s the NYC focused team or those that focus on nationwide multifamily, retail and industrial assets, as well as The Net-Lease Team, GFI Realty’s experienced brokers are equally at home with institutional owners as well as private owners across the country.
